Created for those who love bold flavors and tradition, this product is born from the simultaneous pressing of olives and garlic grown on the slopes of Mount Etna, enriched by a skillful infusion of chili pepper.

A Unique Terroir

The olives and garlic grow on medium-textured volcanic soil, located between 400 and 900 meters above sea level, between the Alcantara Valley and the Simeto Valley.

This particular soil composition gives the dressing a unique minerality and character, an authentic expression of the Etnean landscape.

Artisanal Quality and Purity

Production follows rigorous standards to preserve flavor integrity.

The blend consists of Nocellara Etnea, Biancolilla, Moresca, Nostrale, Carolea, and Catanese varieties.

The olives are harvested manually or with the aid of harvesting machines at an advanced stage of ripening (invaiatura), a choice that results in a more delicate and harmonious oil.

Milling takes place within 24 hours of harvest.

Color: Deep gold with warm red reflections due to the presence of chili.

Aroma: Enveloping and typical of freshly crushed garlic, with evident spicy hints.

Flavor: Balanced yet full of character, with a decisive spiciness and an aromatic garlic aftertaste.
