The shipment of the products takes place after the order has been processed, and in confirmation of the payment received, if made by paypal or bank transfer.

Deliveries will be made on working days from Monday to Friday.

In some disadvantaged locations and on the smaller islands, the courier asks for a surcharge and does not guarantee delivery within the normal schedule.

The couriers will attempt 2 deliveries, if it is not delivered to the recipient, the package will be returned to the warehouse.
