This product is useful in ice cream, pastry and catering .
The shelled walnut stands out for its intense aroma, with properties that if tasted well and accompanied by semi-mature cheeses, robust red wines and in salads.
It also makes it ideal for preparing aperitifs, fruit salads, decorating biscuits, cakes and sandwiches.
Excellent in the preparation of pestos, risottos, as a crunchy breading for fish and meat .
The “HALF”  caliber is obtained mechanically by sieving, before cleaning.
The nuts are “LIGHT” because the “dark” ones are removed during the 2 passages on the sorting belt.
